The invention discloses a construction method and structure of an anti-seismic buckling-restrained corrugated steel plate wall of a fabricated steel structure building. The method comprises the steps that the corrugated steel plate wall and a steel beam are transported to a structural layer; t-shaped plates are symmetrically welded at the upper and lower ends of the corrugated steel plate wall; welding fishplates at the upper and lower ends of the steel beam; the corrugated steel plate wall of the current structural layer and the steel beam of the lower structural layer are connected and welded in an inserted and matched mode through a T-shaped plate at the lower end of the corrugated steel plate wall and a tail groove of a fishplate at the upper end of the steel beam of the lower structural layer; and the steel beam of the current structural layer and the corrugated steel plate wall of the current structural layer are connected and welded in an inserted fit mode through the tail groove of the fishplate at the lower end of the steel beam of the current structural layer and the T-shaped plate at the upper end of the corrugated steel plate wall of the current structural layer. The invention has the advantages of convenience in transportation, high transportation efficiency, light hoisting weight, convenience in hoisting, high construction efficiency and convenience in adjustment when the design layout is changed.
