The surface wax baking treatment process comprises the following steps that S1, an original building floor slab is subjected to flattening treatment and then cleaned, and floating sand and sundries on the surface of the original building floor slab are removed; s2, watering to wet the surface of an original building floor, and laying dry cement mortar to form a bonding layer; s3, the decorative surface layer units are laid on the bonding layer, standing is carried out for two days, seams are cleaned, and the seams are caulked through a joint mixture; s4, after wax blocks are heated and melted into wax liquid, the decorative surface layer units are evenly coated with the wax liquid, and a protective layer is formed; and S5, wiping and cleaning the protective layer, removing floating wax on the surface of the protective layer, and airing for 8-16 hours. Compared with the prior art, a protective layer which is free of pungent smell and not prone to being damaged is formed on the surface of the floor tile, and the decoration effect of the ground is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种装饰地面的表面烤蜡处理工艺，包括以下步骤：S1、对原建筑楼板进行平整处理，之后进行清理，去除原建筑楼板表面的浮沙、杂物；S2、浇水湿润原建筑楼板表面，铺干性水泥沙浆，形成结合层；S3、将装饰面层单元铺贴在结合层上，静置两天，清理缝口并用填缝剂嵌缝；S4、将蜡块加热融成蜡液后，均匀的涂覆在装饰面层单元上，形成保护层；S5、擦拭和清洁保护层，去除保护层表面的浮蜡，晾置8‑16小时。本发明相较于现有技术，在地砖表面形成无刺激气味、不易被破坏的保护层，保证地面的装饰效果。
