A micro-negative pressure area is formed in the sewage well by utilizing the fan, so that not only can the air pressure of a sewage drainage pipe network be ensured to be stable, but also two malodorous gases of NH3 and H2S are prevented from overflowing, NH3 and H2S are treated by the biological activated carbon filtering module, NH3 and H2S are respectively converted into nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides, and then the nitrogen oxides and the sulfur oxides are discharged after being disinfected by ultraviolet rays, so that the health of pedestrians is not influenced, and the safety of the pedestrians is ensured.
