The invention discloses a bridge steel box girder partition plate and bottom plate assembling system which comprises a bottom plate supporting block, a partition plate supporting block, a partition plate supporting block and a bottom plate supporting block. The linear guide rail is arranged at the side part of the bridge steel box girder bottom plate supported by the bottom plate supporting block; the partition plate supporting ribs are connected with the surface of the bridge steel box girder partition plate; the partition plate bottom clamping groove is formed in the bottom of the bridge steel box girder partition plate; the bottom plate rib is vertically connected with a bridge steel box girder bottom plate and used for being matched with the clamping groove in the bottom of the partition plate; and the partition plate supporting mechanism is used for supporting the bridge steel box girder partition plate through matching with the partition plate supporting ribs after the partition plate bottom clamping groove of a certain bridge steel box girder partition plate is matched with the bottom plate ribs of the bridge steel box girder bottom plate, so that positioning of the bridge steel box girder partition plate on the bridge steel box girder bottom plate is completed. Rapid assembly of the steel box girder partition plate and the bottom plate can be achieved, and the welding assembly quality and precision of the bottom plate and the partition plate are guaranteed.
