The invention discloses an intelligent management system of an electric cleaning and sweeping vehicle, which comprises a controller, an input/output (I/O) input module, an I/O output module, a power supply system, a touch screen, a global positioning system (GPS) module and a monitoring mechanism, the output end of the I/O output module is connected with the motor transmission system, the waterway system, the hydraulic system, the protection system and the voice alarm system, and the monitoring mechanism comprises a supporting frame, a monitoring probe and a driving motor. A traditional hardware switch knob is omitted, CAN bus connection is adopted, network modular control is achieved, the failure rate and cost are greatly reduced, and later maintenance becomes simple and plug-and-play; only software upgrading is needed, a hardware system does not need to be changed, remote upgrading can be achieved, and personnel do not need to carry out on-site specific operation; and a third-party management system can be accessed to facilitate information exchange.
