The invention discloses a preparation method of recycled fine aggregate high-strength environment-friendly premixed concrete. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following process steps: S1, prefabricating iron tailing powder; s2, putting the coarse aggregate and the iron tailing powder into a stirrer, and stirring for 20 seconds; s3, stirring the cement, the iron tailing powder, the fly ash and the stone powder for 15 seconds; s4, a water reducing agent is put into water, and 55% of the total weight of the water containing the water reducing agent is added after 35 seconds; s5, continuously stirring for 10 seconds, and adding 45% of water containing a water reducing agent into the stirrer; and S6, after complete feeding, stirring for 40 seconds to finish discharging. According to the technical scheme, the iron tailing powder is used for replacing natural medium sand to prepare the premixed concrete, on one hand, iron tailing waste rock raw materials are utilized, and the ecological environment is protected; and on the other hand, natural medium sand is replaced by the iron tailing powder, so that the sulfate-erosion-resistant concrete capacity of the fine aggregate is improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种再生细骨料高强度环保预拌混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下工艺步骤:S1预制铁尾矿粉;S2将粗骨料及铁尾矿粉投入搅拌机内,搅拌20秒钟;S3将水泥、铁尾矿粉、粉煤灰和石粉,搅拌15秒钟;S4将减水剂投入水中,在第35秒钟后开始添加含有减水剂的水总重量55%;S5继续搅拌10秒钟,再向搅拌机内投入含有减水剂的水总重量的45%;S6完全投料后,再搅拌40秒钟,完成出料。通过上述技术方案,利用铁尾矿粉代替天然中砂配置预拌混凝土,一方面利用了铁尾矿废石原料,保护了生态环境;另一方将铁尾矿粉替代了天然中砂,提高了细骨料扛硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土的能力,提高了混凝土使用的寿命。
