The invention relates to a water-permeable porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new inorganic materials. The preparation method of the water-permeable porous ceramic material comprises the following steps: mixing and ball-milling 50-60wt% of kaolin, 20-30wt% of potassium feldspar and 15-20wt% of glass powder, and sieving to obtain a high-temperature binder with the particle size of more than 60 meshes; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a high-temperature binder, quartz sand and a pore-forming agent according to a mass ratio of (15-25): (65-75): (8-15) to prepare powder; water glass is added into the powder, mixing granulation and aging are carried out for 2-6 h, then the mixture passes through a 40-mesh standard sieve, porous ceramic filter material particles are prepared, and the mass ratio of the powder to the water glass is 1: (0.12-0.15); carrying out compression molding on the porous ceramic filter material particles to obtain a wet blank; the wet blank is subjected to heat preservation for 1-2 h at the temperature of 1150-1250 DEG C, then furnace cooling is conducted, and the porous ceramic filtering material is prepared. The porous ceramic is good in water permeability.
本发明涉及一种透水多孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法,属于新无机材料技术领域。本发明所述透水多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法包括:将50~60wt%高岭土,20~30wt%钾长石,15~20wt%玻璃粉混合球磨,过筛得到60目以上的高温粘结剂;将高温粘结剂与石英砂、造孔剂按照质量比:15~25:65~75:8~15混合均匀,制得粉料;在粉料中加入水玻璃,混合造粒,陈腐2~6h,后过40目标准筛,制得多孔陶瓷过滤材料颗粒,粉料与水玻璃的质量比为1:0.12~0.15;将多孔陶瓷过滤材料颗粒压制成型,得到湿坯;将湿坯在1150~1250℃保温1~2h,然后随炉降温,制得多孔陶瓷过滤材料。本发明的多孔陶瓷透水性好。
