The invention relates to a fabricated concrete trestle plate and a mounting method thereof. The fabricated concrete trestle plate is composed of lightweight aggregate concrete, a profiled steel sheet and H-shaped steel. The H-shaped steel is connected with the profiled steel sheet in a welding or bolt connection mode, the lightweight aggregate concrete is poured into a rectangular cavity formed by the profiled steel sheet and the H-shaped steel, and the fabricated concrete trestle plate is formed after maintenance. The fabricated concrete trestle plate is a standard part machined in a factory, is provided with a hoisting hole, a guardrail hole and a bolt hole, and is used for fabricated installation. During construction, firstly, the joists are flatly placed; the fabricated concrete trestle plate is hoisted and laid on the joists, and the trestle plate and the joists are connected through bolts; and finally, the guardrails are inserted into the guardrail holes to form edge protection. And for temporary projects such as foundation pit projects and the like, after the service cycle of the trestle is finished, the trestle can be detached and overhauled to be used for the next project, green construction is achieved, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
