The invention discloses a road and bridge asphalt pavement crack detection device which comprises a vehicle body, a partition plate, an automatic spraying mechanism and a detection mechanism, a control console is arranged on the vehicle body, and a camera connected with the control console is further arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body; the automatic spraying mechanism comprises a storage box arranged on the vehicle body and used for storing fluorescent powder and further comprises an automatic spraying gun arranged on the bottom face of the vehicle body. The detection mechanism comprises a long-plate-shaped fixing plate arranged on the bottom face of the vehicle body, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the bottom face of the fixing plate, the detection mechanism further comprises a lead screw penetrating through the sliding grooves in the two sides, the two ends of the lead screw are rotationally connected with the fixing plate, one end of the lead screw penetrates through the side wall of the fixing plate and then is connected with a first motor, and a sliding plate is arranged in each sliding groove. The sliding plates are in threaded connection with the lead screw, the first motor is connected with the console, and each sliding plate is further provided with a transducer; the crack detection device provided by the invention is convenient for detecting pavement cracks at night.
