The self-propelled trolley comprises a trolley body, the trolley body is placed on a ship body, two parallel stand columns are fixedly connected to the top end of the trolley body, a conveying disc is slidably connected between the two stand columns, two parallel telescopic arms are slidably connected to the top face of the conveying disc, and a plurality of geotechnical bags are placed at one end of the ship body; a loading platform is arranged at the other end of the ship body, a manipulator is arranged on one side of the loading platform, and the manipulator is fixedly connected to the ship body; the carrying platform comprises a buffer box, a bearing plate is slidably connected into the buffer box, a buffer part is arranged in the buffer box, and the bearing plate is located at the top end of the buffer part; under the matching action of a first compression spring and a gear rack, the impact force during falling of the tray is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the weight of the tray is borne by a plurality of components, and the risk that the same component bears too large weight and accordingly the components are damaged is reduced.
