The protection layer is used for protecting the internal rigid supporting frame made of the metal material, the rigid supporting frame is isolated from moisture in air, and the situation that the rigid supporting frame is rusted and corroded, and consequently the supporting strength is reduced is avoided. Meanwhile, most of the connecting pieces made of the metal materials are located in the protective layer, the protective layer also protects the connecting pieces, and therefore the defect that in the prior art, a protective device is prone to rusting and corrosion when exposed in air for a long time and making contact with water is overcome.
