Engineering method for settlement reinforcement and lifting of residential building foundation
The invention discloses an engineering method for settlement, reinforcement and lifting of a residential building foundation. The engineering method comprises the steps of stratum structure exploration, curtain reinforcement, shallow layer reinforcement, deep layer reinforcement, middle layer stable lifting and composite foundation reinforcement of a supporting body. The method has the beneficial effects that shallow layer reinforcement adopts an advancing type layered reinforcement process, the foundation is stabilized, and the settlement rate is reduced. The purpose of shallow layer reinforcement is to play a role of a buffer zone during lifting operation, and the lifting stress is more uniform; after the lifting height of the building meets the requirement, the foundation below the full-plane foundation bottom plate of the building is subjected to grout supplementing and reinforcing, an integral raft-shaped composite foundation reinforcing body is formed, and therefore the building foundation meets the settling stability requirement and the deviation rectifying purpose; composite foundation supporting bodies similar to pile foundations are constructed at the four corners of a building and below indoor main bearing walls, and a structural body for supporting an upper load is formed through repeated retreating and advancing grouting. And after the building foundation is reinforced, the building foundation achieves the purposes of settling stability and deviation correction.
本发明公开了一种住宅楼基础沉降加固抬升的工程方法,包括地层结构勘探、帷幕加固、浅层加固补强、深层加固、中间层稳定抬升和复合地基加固支撑体。本发明的有益效果是:浅层加固补强采用前进式分层加固工艺,稳固地基减小沉降速率。浅层加固补强的目的是在抬升作业时起到缓冲带的作用,抬升受力更均匀;建筑抬升高度达到要求后,对建筑全平面基础底板以下地基进行补浆加固,形成整体的筏型复合地基加强体,从而使建筑基础达到沉降稳定要求和纠偏的目的;在建筑四角和室内主要承重墙的下方施作类似桩基的复合地基支撑体,通过反复的后退和前进注浆形成支撑上部荷载的结构体。建筑地基加固完成后,使建筑基础达到沉降稳定要求和纠偏的目的。
