A covering film is arranged on the upper sides of the steel pipe trusses, a plurality of rows of through holes are longitudinally formed in the top of the covering film, clamping plates with holes in the middles are arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the through holes, the clamping plates are fixed through rivets, and the hole diameters of the holes in the clamping plates are matched with the through holes; a plurality of steel wire ropes are longitudinally arranged on the steel pipe truss on the lower side of the covering film.
本发明公开一种针对较大雪荷的四管架构钢管桁架结构,通过调整榀与榀之间的间距,并且减少腹杆的使用量,大大降低了用钢量,有效节约了施工成本,提高了抗雪能力;多榀钢管桁架依次纵向等距排布,相邻的钢管桁架之间均通过多个纵向设置的腹杆连接,第一榀钢管桁架与第二榀钢管桁架之间、倒数第一榀钢管桁架与倒数第二榀钢管桁架之间均设置有多个交叉分布的斜拉腹杆,其余相邻的钢管桁架之间设置多个交叉分布的斜拉钢丝绳,钢管桁架上侧设置有覆膜,覆膜的顶部纵向设置有多排通孔,通孔的上下侧均设置有中部开孔的夹板,所述夹板之间通过铆钉固定,夹板上的开孔孔径与通孔相适应;覆膜下侧的钢管桁架上纵向设置有多根钢丝绳。
