Stone-plastic flame-retardant decorative wallboard
The invention relates to a decorative wallboard, in particular to a stone-plastic flame-retardant decorative wallboard, and belongs to the technical field of flame-retardant wallboards. The stone-plastic flame-retardant decorative wallboard comprises a calcium silicate board base material layer, a stone-plastic decorative layer and a hot melt adhesive layer arranged between the calcium silicate board base material layer and the stone-plastic decorative layer, the stone-plastic decorative layer comprises a stone-plastic base material layer which is bonded with the calcium silicate board base material layer through a hot melt adhesive layer; resin in the stone-plastic base material layer comprises first resin serving as basic resin and second resin serving as modified resin, and the ratio of the first resin to the heavy calcium carbonate filler is 1: (4-5); the hot melt adhesive is a hot melt adhesive containing the second resin. The proportion of the heavy calcium carbonate filler in the stone-plastic base material layer is increased, so that the chlorine content in the veneer is reduced, the smoke index is remarkably reduced, and meanwhile, the surface hardness is improved; the PU component is added into the stone-plastic base material layer, so that PU and PVC form fused resin, the flexibility of the surface layer is improved, and the brittleness increase caused by the increase of the proportion of the coarse whiting component is avoided.
本发明涉及一种装饰墙板,尤其是石塑阻燃装饰墙板,属于阻燃墙板技术领域。一种石塑阻燃装饰墙板,包括硅酸钙板基材层、石塑装饰层和设置它们之间的热熔胶层;石塑装饰层包括通过热熔胶层与硅酸钙板基材层粘接的石塑基材层;石塑基材层中的树脂包括作为基础树脂的第一树脂和作为改性树脂的第二树脂,第一树脂与重钙填料的比例为1∶(4~5);热熔胶为包含所述第二树脂的热熔胶。本发明通过在石塑基材层中增大重钙填料的比例,来实现饰面板中氯含量的降低,并显著降低了烟指数,同时提高了表层硬度;还在石塑基材层中添加了PU成分,使PU和PVC形成融合树脂,以此提高表层的柔韧性,并避免因重钙成分的比例提高而造成的脆性增加。
