The invention discloses a hand-push type construction device based on an epoxy floor in a clean workshop. The hand-push type construction device comprises a machine body; the moving assembly comprises four rotating shafts and four pulleys, two pairs of mounting grooves are symmetrically formed in the front surface and the rear surface of the machine body, the four rotating shafts are rotationally mounted in the four mounting grooves correspondingly, inserting grooves are formed in the ends, away from the mounting grooves, of the four rotating shafts, and inserting rods used for being inserted into the inserting grooves are fixedly mounted in the centers of the surfaces of the pulleys; and the locking assembly comprises two first spring rods symmetrically and fixedly installed on the surface of the insertion rod and an abutting part, insertion openings allowing the ends of the two first spring rods to be inserted therein are symmetrically formed in the surface of the rotating shaft, and the abutting part is used for controlling the two first spring rods stretching into the two insertion openings correspondingly to contract. Through cooperation of two first spring rods in the locking assembly, two insertion openings formed in the surface of the rotating shaft and the abutting part, the pulley and the rotating shaft can be rapidly assembled and disassembled.
