The invention relates to an intelligent well lid monitoring system based on a cloud platform. The intelligent well lid monitoring system comprises a cloud server, a relay cloud radio frequency module and a plurality of well lids, the well lid comprises a well lid body and a monitoring unit. The monitoring unit is installed on the well lid body. The monitoring unit comprises an electronic tag and a sensor used for monitoring the working state of the well lid. The electronic tag communicates with the cloud server through the relay cloud radio frequency module; a plurality of drainage holes for rainwater to penetrate through are formed in the well lid body; the well lid further comprises a dredging device used for dredging the drainage holes. The dredging device comprises a motor, a movable frame, a transmission gear, a half gear and a movable frame reset spring. The half gear comprises a toothed section which is formed by arranging a plurality of continuous teeth and can be meshed with the transmission gear and a toothless section which is not meshed with the transmission gear; the motor drives the half gear to rotate.
