The invention discloses an unmanned intelligent fresh food cabinet capable of disinfecting and sterilizing and a control method of the unmanned intelligent fresh food cabinet. The unmanned intelligent fresh food cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a door body, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp strip, a control panel, an intelligent door lock and a two-dimensional code. The cabinet body is hinged with the door body, five layers of shelves are arranged in the cabinet body, and the left side and the right side of each layer of shelf are respectively provided with a weighing sensor and a scale. The ultraviolet disinfection lamp strips are fixed to the inner side walls of the two sides of the cabinet body, the door body cannot be opened when the intelligent door lock is closed, and the two-dimensional stack is arranged on the front side of the door body. The control panel comprises a communication module, a voice module and a timer, and the control panel is connected with the weighing sensor, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp strip and the intelligent door lock.
