The invention provides a preparation method of environment-friendly light plastering gypsum. The environment-friendly light plastering gypsum is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750 to 800 kg of desulfurized gypsum, 20 to 30 kg of coal cinder, 20 to 80 kg of coal ash, 45 to 55 kg of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 80 to 100 kg of expanded perlite, 3 to 5 kg of a cementing material and 1 to 2 kg of expanded vermiculite. The environment-friendly light plastering gypsum is prepared by taking the waste desulfurized gypsum, the coal slag and the coal ash powder as main materials, adding the cementing material and the expanded vermiculite and mixing, so that the recycling of waste materials is realized, and the light plastering gypsum is more economical and environment-friendly; and moreover, the produced light plastering gypsum can generate a large number of negative ions during use, so that the light plastering gypsum is beneficial to human health, and the use effect of the light plastering gypsum is improved.
本发明提供了一种环保轻质抹灰石膏的制备方法，该环保轻质抹灰石膏由如下重量份的原料制成：脱硫石膏750‑800kg、煤渣20‑30kg、煤灰20‑80kg，重钙粉45‑55kg，膨胀珍珠岩80‑100kg，胶凝材料3‑5kg，膨化蛭石1‑2kg。本发明所述的环保轻质抹灰石膏以废弃的脱硫石膏、煤渣、煤灰粉作为主料，并添加胶凝材料以及膨化蛭石混合制成，不仅实现废弃物料的循环利用，使得该轻质抹灰石膏更加的经济环保，而且使得生产出的轻质抹灰石膏在使用时能够产生大量的负离子，有益于人体健康，提高了轻质抹灰石膏的使用效果。
