The invention provides a preparation method of a solid heat storage material. The preparation method comprises the following specific preparation processes: preparing solid waste powder from any one or a combination of more of coal ash, boiler slag and desulfurized gypsum generated by a coal-fired boiler of a thermal power plant; fully stirring and mixing the solid waste powder, a carbon-based adhesive, a clay material and an inorganic additive according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixture; kneading the mixture for preliminary forming, and then feeding the mixture into a mold for compression molding; and feeding the pressed and formed blank into a high-temperature roasting furnace at 500-2500 DEG C for roasting for 1-5 hours, and producing the solid heat storage material with high economic value by utilizing a large amount of solid wastes generated by a power station boiler of a thermal power plant or a coal-fired heat supply boiler or an industrial boiler, so that the waste is utilized, and the economic benefit of the thermal power plant is greatly improved.
本申请提出一种固体蓄热材料的制备方法,具体制备过程如下将火电厂燃煤锅炉产生的粉煤灰、锅炉炉渣、脱硫石膏中的任意一种或多种组合制备成固体废弃物粉料;将固体废弃物粉料、碳基粘合剂、黏土材料和无机添加剂按照一定比例充分的搅拌混合,得到混合物;对所述混合物进行揉搓初步成型,然后送入模具压制成型;将压制成型的胚料送入500‑2500℃的高温焙烧炉中焙烧1‑5h,利用火电厂电站锅炉或燃煤供热锅炉或工业锅炉产生的大量固体废弃物,生产高经济价值的固体蓄热材料,不但做到废物利用,而且极大提高火电厂的经济效益。
