The invention discloses a slurry formula and a production process of a gel-casting ceramic filter, and the production process comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing ceramic powder, a chemical crosslinking system, a physical crosslinking system and water, fully ball-milling, and adding an initiator into the mixture to prepare a ceramic slurry; step 2, carrying out vacuum defoaming on the ceramic slurry, then injecting the ceramic slurry into a mold, heating to form a physical and chemical cross-linked network, and carrying out gelation to obtain a ceramic blank; 3, demolding the ceramic blank, and drying to form a ceramic filter blank; 4, immersing the ceramic filter blank into the catalyst solution, and depositing a catalyst layer on the surface of the blank; step 5, carrying out ceramic glue discharging and sintering; and 6, carrying out surface metallization on the ceramic by using the catalyst deposited on the surface of the ceramic and adopting a chemical plating process to obtain a ceramic filter product. And a large-size or complex-structure product can be easily formed through a corresponding mold design and a pouring process.
