According to the method, TiO2 powder, ZrC powder and CeO2 powder are selected, the TiO2-ZrC-CeO2 composite coating is prepared on the surface of the medical stainless steel through a laser cladding process, TiO2 is selected as a base material of the coating, the biocompatibility of the composite coating can be guaranteed, the hardness of the composite coating can be improved by adding a proper amount of ZrC, and the hardness of the composite coating can be improved by adding a proper amount of ZrC; and a small amount of CeO2 can improve the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of the composite coating at the same time. When the composite coating material is applied to the field of medical anastomats, the surface performance of the medical anastomats can be greatly optimized.
