The invention discloses a method for predicting and processing hole collapse of a cast-in-place pile, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, drawing a fast shear strength line of each layer of soft soil, then selecting three points for each layer of soft soil, and drawing stress circles of the three points according to the conditions that the self-weight stress of the soil at each point is a first principal stress, the slurry lateral pressure is a third principal stress and the lateral pressure coefficient is 1; the method comprises the steps that whether hole collapse exists in each stratum or not and the severity degree of the hole collapse are determined, and for cast-in-place pile hole positions with the hole collapse risk, before hole forming of the cast-in-place bored piles, stirring pile hole positions are arranged with the center points of the pile positions as the centroids, stirring pile hole position construction is carried out, and middle cast-in-place pile operation is carried out through a slurry retaining wall rotary excavating method. According to the exploration result, whether hole collapse occurs in the cast-in-place pile hole forming process or not and the distribution range of the hole collapse can be rapidly judged, stirring pile hole positions are planned to be arranged around the cast-in-place pile where the hole collapse situation possibly occurs or hole collapse occurs, foundation pretreatment is conducted, the hole collapse phenomenon in the hole forming process can be effectively prevented, and the construction efficiency is improved. And construction smoothness and quality of the cast-in-place pile are ensured.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩塌孔的预测及处理方法,首先画出每层软土的快剪抗剪强度线,然后对每层软土选取三个点,按照每个点土的自重应力为第一主应力、泥浆侧压力为第三主应力,侧压力系数为1,画出三个点的应力圆,对每一地层确定是否塌孔及其严重程度,对于有塌孔风险的灌注桩孔位,在钻孔灌注桩成孔之前,以桩位的中心点为形心,布置搅拌桩孔位,进行搅拌桩孔位施工,采用泥浆护壁旋挖法进行中间的灌注桩作业。根据勘察成果能快速判定灌注桩成孔过程中是否塌孔及塌孔的分布范围,并对可能出现的塌孔情况或已出现塌孔的灌注桩,拟在其桩位周围布置搅拌桩孔位,进行地基预处理,可以有效防止成孔过程中的塌孔现象,确保灌注桩施工顺利及质量。
