According to the efficient and convenient combined unit type curtain wall plate installation structure, unit body plates are connected with a structural steel beam wall body through three-dimensional adjusting pieces, each three-dimensional adjusting piece comprises a base and an adjusting plate which are connected in a clamped mode, the bases are welded to a cross beam at the top of the structural steel beam wall body, and the adjusting plates are installed on vertical galvanized square pipes of the unit body plates; an oval hole is formed in the adjusting plate, a connecting bolt penetrates through the oval hole and a corresponding screw hole in the galvanized square tube to fix the adjusting plate and the galvanized square tube, and a height adjusting mechanism is arranged at the clamping position of the base and the adjusting plate. The method has the advantages that through the combined unit plate type hoisting operation, the efficiency is greatly improved; the truck crane is used for replacing the investment of traditional turnover materials, so that a large amount of cost is saved; the unit plates are produced on the ground or a special processing factory, so that dangerous points of high-altitude operation are greatly reduced, and potential safety hazards are further reduced; the unit plate can be accurately and efficiently hoisted in place through the three-dimensional adjusting plate with a reasonable structural design, and millimeter-level errors are achieved.
本发明是高效便捷组合单元式幕墙板块安装结构,单元体板块通过三维调节件与结构钢梁墙身连接,三维调节件包括相互卡接的底座和调节板,底座焊接在结构钢梁墙身顶部的横梁上,调节板安装在单元体板块竖直的镀锌方管上,调节板上设椭圆形孔,连接螺栓穿过椭圆形孔及镀锌方管上对应螺孔固定调节板及镀锌方管,底座与调节板卡接处设高度调节机构。本发明的优点:通过组合单元板块式吊装作业,效率大幅度提升;通过使用汽车吊代替传统周转材料的投入,节约了大量的成本;通过在地面或者专用加工厂生产单元板块,大大减少了高空作业的危险点,进而降低了安全隐患;通过合理结构设计的三维调节板可精准高效完成单元板块吊装就位工作,达到毫米级误差。
