Thin environment-friendly heat-insulating composite wood floor and finished floor
The thin environment-friendly heat insulation composite wood floor comprises a bottom layer attached to the surface of a floor, a middle layer laid on the bottom layer and an upper layer laid on the middle layer, the bottom layer is a solid wood balance layer, the middle layer is a heat insulation layer made of glass fiber aerogel felt, the upper layer is a solid wood composite layer, and the bottom layer is a solid wood composite layer. The bottom layer, the middle layer and the upper layer are tightly compounded into the whole wood floor at high temperature and high pressure, the middle layer is made of a novel material glass fiber aerogel felt with excellent performance, so that the heat preservation effect of the wood floor can be still guaranteed when the middle layer is thin, and the wood floor has excellent heat insulation performance, surface hydrophobicity and flame retardant performance; and the glass fiber aerogel felt is non-toxic and pollution-free to the environment, good in durability, long in service life and suitable for the thermal radiation floor. Three layers of the wood floor are tightly compounded into a whole through high temperature and high pressure, only one whole wood floor needs to be laid during construction, construction procedures are simple, and laying is convenient.
