The invention belongs to the technical field of waste slurry treatment, and particularly relates to a production process for preparing lightweight aggregate by utilizing engineering slurry. The method for preparing the lightweight aggregate by using the engineering slurry is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing the engineering slurry into a mud cake; the mud cake is put into stirring equipment, a water reducing agent and a composite curing agent are mixed, then the mixture is smashed and stirred to be uniform, residual mud powder is prepared, the water reducing agent is quick lime, and the composite curing agent is composed of gypsum, fly ash and cement according to a certain proportion; putting the residual mud powder as a raw material into a granulator, and solidifying the residual mud powder in the granulator to prepare residual mud ceramsite; and the residual mud ceramsite is cured, and the final lightweight aggregate is obtained after curing is finished. The sintering-free ceramsite is prepared after the engineering slurry is subjected to filter pressing, curing, granulation and shell wrapping, the bottleneck of resource utilization of waste slurry is broken through, and a technical approach is provided for resource utilization of the engineering slurry and turning waste into wealth.
本发明属于废弃泥浆处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用工程泥浆制备轻质骨料的生产工艺。利用工程泥浆制备轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将工程泥浆制成泥饼;把泥饼投入搅拌设备中并掺入降水剂和复合固化剂,然后搅碎搅均制成余泥粉料,所述降水剂为生石灰,所述复合固化剂由石膏、粉煤灰和水泥按一定配比组成;将余泥粉料作为原料投入造粒机,余泥粉料在造粒机中被固结制成余泥陶粒;对余泥陶粒进行养护,养护结束后即得到最终轻质骨料。将工程泥浆经压滤、固化、造粒、裹壳后制备免烧结陶粒,突破了废弃泥浆资源化利用瓶颈,为工程泥浆资源化利用、变废为宝提供技术途径。
