The invention discloses a striking-resistant and corrosion-resistant ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling on a mixture of clay and quartz sand, carrying out spray drying on the mixture in a spray drying tower after ball milling, carrying out aging, adding potassium feldspar and montmorillonite into the mixture, and carrying out pressure sintering so that the montmorillonite and the potassium feldspar are molten to be viscous and are filled among particles of a green body, the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, sintering a green body, then adding silicon nitride and lithium fluoride coated boron powder, adopting spark plasma sintering during secondary sintering, introducing a small amount of nitrogen, enabling the green body to be denser and improving the obdurability, and finally, using a mixture of diatomite, latex powder and methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether as a glaze coating layer, so that a latex film with a net structure can be formed on the surface of the green body. The prepared anti-striking and corrosion-resistant ceramic tile has the effects of high toughness, corrosion resistance and strong adhesion.
本发明公开了一种抗击打耐腐蚀的瓷砖及其制备方法。本发明先对粘土和石英砂的混料进行球磨,球磨后将混料放置于喷雾干燥塔内雾化干燥,再进行陈腐,将钾长石和蒙脱土加入到混料中进行加压烧结,使蒙脱石和钾长石熔融至粘稠状,填充到坯体的颗粒之间,再加入氮化硅和氟化锂包覆硼粉,二次烧结时采用放电等离子烧结,并通入少量氮气,使坯体更加致密化,提高强韧性,最后用硅藻土、乳胶粉和甲基羟丙基纤维素醚的混合物作为涂釉层,能够在坯体表面形成网状结构的乳胶膜。本发明制备的抗击打耐腐蚀的瓷砖具有高强韧、耐腐蚀、强粘结的效果。
