Alumina hollow sphere brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aluminum oxide hollow sphere brick which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of aluminum oxide hollow spheres with the particle size of 2-3mm, 25-35% of aluminum oxide hollow spheres with the particle size of 1-1.9 mm, 10-15% of aluminum oxide hollow spheres with the particle size of 0.2-0.9 mm, 20-25% of 200-mesh white corundum, 10-15% of 2000-mesh a-Al2O3 and 1.5-2% of an organic binding agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing an organic binding agent and water into an aqueous solution for later use; s2, adding the aluminum oxide hollow balls into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring; s3, adding the aqueous solution prepared in the step S1 into the stirrer, and continuously stirring, so that the particle surfaces of the aluminum oxide hollow spheres are fully infiltrated by the aqueous solution; s4, white corundum of 200 meshes and a-Al2O3 of 2000 meshes are added into the stirrer in the step S3 for continuous stirring; and S5, performing firing molding on the mixture stirred in the step S4. High purity and strength of the finished brick are guaranteed through combination of high-purity raw materials and superfine powder and high-temperature firing, and downstream products cannot be polluted in the long-term use process in a strong reducing atmosphere.
