The invention relates to a bridge reinforcing system and a construction method thereof. A frame beam structure is used for reinforcing a concrete slab (beam) bridge, holes are drilled in abutment caps and pier caps of an original bridge, anchoring steel bars for reinforcing are implanted in the holes, corbels are fixed through the anchoring steel bars, rubber supports for reinforcing are placed on the corbels, H-shaped steel reinforcing beams are placed on the rubber supports, and a plurality of reinforcing beams are transversely arranged on the original bridge according to reinforcing requirements. The reinforcing beams in all rows are connected through the transverse connecting beams, the transverse stability is enhanced, the reinforcing structure is called a frame beam, and the sleeper beams for reinforcing are fixed to the tops of the reinforcing beams. According to the method for reinforcing the concrete slab (beam) bridge through the frame beam structure, the structure is simple, and construction is convenient and fast; the reinforcing device can be prefabricated in a factory, and a template does not need to be erected during construction; the strength, rigidity and stability of an original bridge can be greatly improved, and the device can be used as a temporary or permanent reinforcing device.
本发明涉及一种桥梁加固系统及其施工方法。利用一种框架梁结构来加固混凝土板(梁)桥,在原桥梁台帽及墩帽上钻孔植入加固用锚固钢筋,通过锚固钢筋固定牛腿,在牛腿上搁置加固用橡胶支座,在橡胶支座上放置H型钢加固梁,原桥梁横向根据加固要求设置多根加固梁,各排加固梁之间通过横向联系梁连接,增强横向稳定性,这种加固结构称为一个框架梁,在加固梁顶固定加固用枕梁。这种利用框架梁结构加固混凝土板(梁)桥的方法,结构简单,施工方便、快捷;加固装置可以在工厂进行预制,施工时不需要搭设模板;能够极大地提高原桥梁的强度、刚度和稳定性,可做为临时性或永久性加固装置。
