The invention provides an anti-overflow structure and a water tank, and relates to the technical field of kitchen and bath equipment, and the anti-overflow structure comprises a controller, an electromagnetic valve and a liquid level monitoring assembly; the electromagnetic valve is arranged between a faucet and a liquid source; the liquid level monitoring assembly is used for monitoring the liquid level value in the tank body; the liquid level monitoring assembly and the electromagnetic valve are connected with the controller, and when the liquid level value in the tank body is larger than a preset value, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed. When the faucet injects liquid into the tank body, the liquid level monitoring assembly continuously monitors the liquid level value in the tank body, and when the liquid level value in the tank body is larger than a preset value, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed so as to cut off a channel between the faucet and the liquid source and prevent the faucet from continuously injecting the liquid into the tank body. Therefore, the overflow phenomenon caused by continuous rising of the liquid level is avoided. The spill-proof structure can timely prevent the faucet from continuously injecting liquid into the tank body, so that the liquid is effectively prevented from overflowing out of the tank body, and the spill-proof performance of the tank body is improved.
