The silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring has the beneficial effects that boron carbide and zirconium oxide are added in the preparation process of the silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring, so that the volume density of the sealing ring is lower, the working mass is lighter under the condition of the same volume, and the silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring has better heat conductivity coefficient, hardness, bending strength and reliability; according to the silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring, the pressureless sintering process is adopted, large-batch production of the silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring can be achieved, and the production cost of the silicon carbide light-weight sealing ring is reduced.
