Porous long-life sound-absorbing wall material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a porous sound-absorbing wall material with long service life and a preparation method thereof. The porous sound-absorbing wall material with long service life is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 75 parts of ceramsite, 20 to 30 parts of expanded perlite, 10 to 15 parts of pumice stone, 35 to 45 parts of cement, 30 to 40 parts of building residue soil, 1 to 5 parts of water glass, 0.5 to 1.2 parts of water reducing agent and 0.3 to 0.5 part of plant fiber. The porous materials such as the ceramsite, the pumice and the expanded perlite are added into the cement-based sound-absorbing material, and the structure and the size of pores in the sound-absorbing material are controlled by utilizing the proportion of the ceramsite with different grain composition and the expanded perlite, so that the audio absorption range and the sound-absorbing performance of the porous sound-absorbing wall material with the long service life are improved.
本发明提供了一种多孔长寿命吸音墙体材料及其制备方法,所述多孔长寿命吸音墙体材料包括以下重量份数的组分:陶粒60‑75份、膨胀珍珠岩20‑30份、浮石10‑15份、水泥35‑45份、建筑渣土30‑40份、水玻璃1‑5份、减水剂0.5‑1.2份、植物纤维0.3‑0.5份。本发明通过在水泥基吸音材料中加入陶粒、浮石、膨胀珍珠岩等多孔材料,利用不同颗粒级配的陶粒以及与膨胀珍珠岩的比例来控制吸音材料中孔的结构及尺寸,由此提高多孔长寿命吸音墙体材料的音频吸收范围以及吸音性能。
