The invention provides a self-adaptive water jet steel rail grinding method and device based on an expert system, and the method comprises the steps that a computer processes an image to obtain a first steel rail damage and a damage characteristic value, the first steel rail damage and the damage characteristic value obtained by the computer are input into an inference engine, the inference engine is matched with a database of the expert system, and a grinding result is obtained; water jet polishing parameters for the first damage are obtained; the inference engine sends the obtained polishing parameters to a water jet polishing control unit, the control unit controls water jet to polish the steel rail, and a polished steel rail image is obtained and sent to a computer; and the computer receives and processes the image sent by the rear camera, judges whether the surface quality of the processed steel rail is qualified or not, and completes steel rail grinding if the surface quality is qualified. According to the method, the damage type and the damage size can be recognized in real time, damage to the steel rail caused by insufficient grinding and excessive grinding is avoided, and the grinding quality is controlled.
本发明提供了一种基于专家系统的自适应水射流钢轨打磨方法及设备,包括:计算机对图像进行处理得到钢轨第一损伤及损伤特征值,将计算机得到的钢轨第一损伤及损伤特征值输入推理机,推理机通过与专家系统数据库进行匹配,得到针对第一损伤的水射流打磨参数;推理机将得到的打磨参数发送至水射流打磨控制单元,控制单元控制水射流对钢轨进行打磨,获取打磨后的钢轨图像并发送至计算机;计算机接受并处理后置摄像头发来的图像,判断处理后的钢轨表面质量是否合格,若合格则完成钢轨打磨。本发明可以对损伤类型和损伤大小进行实时识别,避免打磨不足和打磨过度对钢轨造成的损伤,实现对打磨质量的控制。
