The invention discloses a large-span cable-stayed bridge main tower top telescopic rotary type maintenance platform which comprises supporting legs, a lifting frame, a sliding system, a middle portal frame, a rotary frame system, a construction platform plate and a hanging basket cross beam. The sliding system horizontally slides along the lifting frame, the middle portal frame is fixed to the sliding system, the rotating frame systems are arranged on the two opposite sides of the middle portal frame and rotationally connected with the middle portal frame, and the construction platform plate is detachably arranged on the bottom faces of the rotating frames. The hanging basket cross beam is arranged on the top face of the rotating frame and used for hoisting a hanging basket through a hanging basket steel wire rope, and the hanging basket is arranged to penetrate through the bottom face of the rotating frame to the position under the rotating frame. According to the invention, the personal safety of operators is effectively guaranteed, the risk of falling objects from high altitudes is avoided, and meanwhile, the problems of safety risk, resource waste and the like caused by repeated installation are effectively solved.
