The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile construction method of an existing underground structure, which comprises the following steps of: digging out covering soil on a top plate of the existing underground structure, and breaking and trepanning at a first preset piling position on the top plate; breaking and trepanning are carried out at a second preset piling position on the bottom plate of the existing underground structure; the pile hole in the bottom plate serves as a first water collecting well for pre-precipitation treatment; according to the hydrogeological condition below the bottom plate, the anti-inrush stability checking calculation is conducted on the underground confined water, the minimum mud specific gravity is determined, and mud is prepared according to the minimum mud specific gravity; and hole drilling, hole cleaning and concrete pouring are carried out. Holes are locally formed in the top plate and the bottom plate of the existing underground structure through the bearing force of the existing underground structure, and the safety risk of dismantling is avoided. And moreover, by taking a pre-precipitation measure before pile foundation construction and adjusting the specific gravity of slurry in the construction process, the problem that the difference between the elevation of the existing underground structure and the elevation of the natural terrace is large, and consequently the influence of underground water on the pile foundation pore-forming quality is large is solved.
本发明提供了一种既有地下结构的钻孔灌注桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:挖除既有地下结构的顶板上的覆土,并在顶板上的第一预设打桩位置处进行破除开孔;在既有地下结构的底板上的第二预设打桩位置处进行破除开孔;将底板处的桩孔作为第一集水井进行预降水处理;根据底板下方的水文地质情况对地下承压水做抗突涌稳定性验算,确定最小泥浆比重,并根据最小泥浆比重制备好泥浆;进行钻孔、清孔以及灌注混凝土。利用既有地下结构的承载力在其顶板上和底板上局部开孔,避免了拆除的安全风险。并且,通过在桩基施工前进行预降水措施,并在施工过程中调整泥浆比重,解决了既有地下结构与自然地坪标高相差较大,导致地下水对桩基成孔质量影响大的问题。
