本发明公开了一种适于用铝模免开孔的悬挑脚手架施工方法,包括步骤一,施工准备;步骤二,零部件安装;步骤三,定位钢筋焊接;步骤四,脚手架搭设和固定;步骤五,悬挑层结构施工;步骤六,悬挑主梁安装;该发明利用下部悬挑脚手架或者落地脚手架将待悬挑脚手架联系梁提前安装固定,然后先行施工悬挑层结构,同时在墙体模板内预留穿墙洞,悬挑层模板拆除后,通过悬挑层结构预埋穿墙洞,利用拆模板施工时间同步安装悬挑主梁,最终悬挑脚手架安装与结构施工互无影响,直接形成工序提前施工,节约总体施工工期;本发明可以在不影响结构层施工的情况下进行悬挑架体的安装与搭设,加快了施工进度,避免对铝模板进行切割破坏。
