The invention provides a vibrating bar for high-strength concrete. The vibrating bar comprises a driving motor, a transmission structure and a vibrating structure which are sequentially connected, and the vibrating structure is driven by the driving motor and the transmission structure to vibrate; the transmission structure comprises an outer shaft, a first inner shaft, a second inner shaft and a transmission shaft, the outer shaft can be bent, and the transmission shaft is of a tubular structure formed by three layers of steel wire woven meshes; the vibration structure comprises a protection structure, a stabilizing structure and a vibration device, the stabilizing structure comprises a plurality of mounting cylinders internally provided with inner frames, and through holes are formed in the inner frames; the vibration device comprises a plurality of rotating rods rotationally installed in the through holes, swing blocks are arranged on the rotating rods, and the swing blocks on the adjacent rotating rods are arranged in a staggered mode. The driving motor conducts power transmission through the first inner shaft, the transmission shaft, the second inner shaft and the rotating rod in sequence, and therefore the vibration effect is achieved. The device is easy to operate, convenient to use, good in vibration effect, high in strength and high in practicability.
本发明提供一种高强混凝土用的振动棒,包括依次连接的驱动电机、传动结构、振动结构,振动结构在驱动电机和传动结构的带动下发生振动作用;传动结构包括外轴、第一内轴、第二内轴和传动轴,外轴可弯曲,传动轴为三层钢丝编织网形成的管状结构;振动结构包括防护结构、稳固结构和振动装置,稳固结构包括若干内部设置有内架的安装筒,内架上设置有通孔;振动装置包括若干转动安装在通孔内的转动杆,转动杆上设置有摆动块,相邻转动杆上的摆动块错开设置。驱动电机依次通过第一内轴、传动轴、第二内轴和转动杆进行动力传输,从而实现振动作用。本装置操作简单,使用方便,振动效果好,强度高,具有较强的实用性。
