The invention relates to the technical field of sound insulation equipment, and discloses a silence room which comprises an installation module, a door plate and an air outlet system, the installation module comprises a double-end limiting connecting piece, a plurality of frames and a plurality of formworks, the side portion of the double-end limiting connecting piece comprises two connecting portions perpendicular to each other, and the formworks are connected to the frames; the two ends of each frame are connected to the two double-end limiting connecting pieces correspondingly, the adjacent frames are spliced, and sealing strips are connected to the joints of the adjacent frames. The double-end limiting connecting piece, the frame and the formwork are jointly built to form a chamber with a containing space inside, the air outlet system is used for conducting air inlet and air outlet on the containing space, air circulation in the chamber is achieved, and people can conduct related activities in the containing space; the frames and the double-end limiting connecting pieces can be independently packaged and transported to a set place and then built on site, the formworks are connected to the frames, joints of the adjacent frames are connected in a sealed mode through sealing strips, and therefore good sealing and sound insulation of the joints are achieved.
