The invention discloses lightweight thermal-insulation waterproof plastering gypsum and a production device thereof. The lightweight thermal-insulation waterproof plastering gypsum comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of building gypsum, 15-25 parts of cement, 40-60 parts of glass beads, 12-24 parts of organosilicon elastomer microsphere powder, 4-10 parts of cellulose ether, 10-20 parts of ceramic fibers, 2-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-4 parts of a water reducer and 1-3 parts of a retarder. The building gypsum and the vitrified microbeads are selected as main aggregates, so that the fluidity and the self-resistance strength of the gypsum can be effectively improved on the premise of ensuring the lightweight characteristic of the gypsum, the shrinkage rate of the gypsum material is reduced, and meanwhile, the thermal insulation property of the gypsum is improved by utilizing the porous characteristic of the vitrified microbeads; the strength of the gypsum is improved by matching with the cement, the strength and lightweight effect of the gypsum can be further improved by adding the organic silicon elastomer microsphere powder and the ceramic fiber, and various excellent properties such as flowability, heat resistance and waterproofness of the gypsum are ensured.
本发明公开了一种轻质保温防水型抹灰石膏及其生产装置,包括以下质量份数的原料:建筑石膏50‑70份、水泥15‑25份、玻化微珠40‑60份、有机硅弹性体微球粉12‑24份、纤维素醚4‑10份、陶瓷纤维10‑20份、羧甲基纤维素钠2‑份、减水剂2‑4份、缓凝剂1‑3份。通过选用建筑石膏与玻化微珠作为主要骨料,在保证石膏轻质特性的前提下能够有效的提高石膏的流动性与自抗强度,减少了石膏材料的收缩率,同时利用玻化微珠的多孔特性提高石膏的保温性能;配合水泥来提高石膏的强度,通过加入有机硅弹性体微球粉与陶瓷纤维,能够进一步的石膏的强度与轻量化效果,保证石膏的流动性、耐热性及防水性等多种优异性能。
