The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to water-borne epoxy resin emulsion floor paint which comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises 30-40 parts of water-borne epoxy resin emulsion, 5-6 parts of modified resin, 5-8 parts of cellulose thickener and 46-60 parts of functional pigment filler, the epoxy equivalent of the water-borne epoxy resin emulsion is 180-200, and the component B comprises 30-40 parts of water-borne epoxy resin emulsion, 5-6 parts of modified resin, 5-8 parts of cellulose thickener and 46-60 parts of functional pigment filler. The particle size of the water-borne epoxy resin emulsion dispersion phase particles is 1-10 [mu] m; on the basis that the weight of the component A is 100 parts, the coating further comprises a component B which comprises 20-40 parts of a water-borne epoxy resin curing agent, 1.2-2.5 parts of a wetting dispersant, 1.6-5.4 parts of an auxiliary agent and 5-15 parts of water; the invention further provides a construction process of the water-borne epoxy resin emulsion floor paint. The viscosity of a system is improved, the stability of the system is enhanced, the compatibility of an emulsifier and epoxy resin is greatly improved, and the toughening characteristic is improved; the epoxy resin emulsion dispersion phase with small particle size enables complete curing to form a uniform and completely cured coating film, so that the adhesive force, the corrosion resistance and the chemical resistance of the paint are improved.
