The invention relates to an intelligent forbidding system based on disaster information. The intelligent forbidding system comprises a forbidding device and a server. The forbidding device comprises an intercepting rod, a stand column and a power mechanism, a sliding groove is formed in the stand column in the vertical direction, a sliding block capable of being embedded into the sliding groove is arranged at the end of the intercepting rod, and the power mechanism is arranged in the stand column, connected with the sliding block and used for driving the intercepting rod to slide up and down along the sliding groove; the server is connected with a disaster event detector and the power mechanism, and the disaster event detector is located on a road section behind the forbidding device and used for detecting event states and traffic conditions; and when the disaster event detector detects that the road section is abnormal, the server controls the power mechanism to put down the intercepting rod to prevent subsequent vehicles from rushing into the road section. According to the invention, subsequent vehicles can be controlled and adjusted to enter an accident area in time when a disaster occurs, so that a secondary traffic accident is avoided.
