The pH value of the ardealite can be increased through the alkaline material, and soluble phosphorus and fluorine are converted into inert substances, so that the harm of the solid waste ardealite to the environment can be reduced. According to the active feeding device, active discharging of ardealite is facilitated, and the ardealite is effectively prevented from adhering to equipment to cause material accumulation and blockage.
