The invention discloses a method for producing cement clinker by using steel slag, which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) cooling, crushing, deironing and homogenizing the discharged steel slag in sequence, and grinding in a mill to obtain steel slag powder; (2) proportioning a calcium raw material and a siliceous raw material according to requirements, and grinding to obtain a mixture; (3) metering the steel slag powder, adding the steel slag powder into the tail part of a cement calcining kiln and a decomposing furnace according to a ratio, calcining, adding the mixture from a preheater according to a ratio, mixing the steel slag powder with the tail part of the cement calcining kiln, feeding into the cement calcining kiln, and sequentially preheating, decomposing, sintering, cooling and crushing to obtain cement clinker; and (4) storing the cement clinker in a finished product warehouse. The production method comprehensively utilizes the steel slag waste heat of the steel mill for calcining in the kiln, improves the utilization of the steel slag waste heat, reduces the carbon emission, and reduces the enterprise cost.
本发明公开了一种利用钢渣生产水泥熟料的的方法，具体包括以下步骤：(1)将出炉钢渣依次进行冷却、破碎、除铁和均化，然后入磨粉磨，得到钢渣粉；(2)将钙质原料和硅质原料按需求进行配比，粉磨，得到混合料；(3)将钢渣粉计量按比例加入水泥煅烧窑炉尾部和分解炉中煅烧，将混合料按比例从预热器加入，在水泥煅烧窑炉尾部和钢渣粉混合后进入水泥煅烧窑炉内依次进行预热，分解，烧成，冷却破碎，得到水泥熟料；(4)将水泥熟料送入成品库贮存，即得。本发明生产方法综合利用钢厂钢渣余热入窑煅烧，提高钢渣余热利用，减少碳排放，降低企业成本。
