The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses high-strength anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 400 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 600 to 630 parts of coarse aggregate, 330 to 360 parts of fine aggregate, 70 to 100 parts of fly ash, 50 to 60 parts of modified basalt fiber, 5 to 10 parts of expanding agent, 5 to 10 parts of water reducing agent, 3 to 6 parts of antifreeze agent and 160 to 200 parts of water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the ordinary Portland cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the fly ash and the modified basalt fiber to obtain mixed powder; and adding the expanding agent, the water reducing agent and the antifreeze agent into water, uniformly stirring, then adding the mixed powder, and continuously stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain the concrete. The concrete prepared by the invention has excellent compressive strength and cracking resistance.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,公开了一种高强度抗开裂混凝土及其制备方法。本发明混凝土包括按重量份计的下述组分:普通硅酸盐水泥350‑400份,粗骨料600‑630份,细骨料330‑360份,粉煤灰70‑100份,改性玄武岩纤维50‑60份,膨胀剂5‑10份,减水剂5‑10份,抗冻剂3‑6份,水160‑200份;制备方法为将普通硅酸盐水泥、粗骨料、细骨料、粉煤灰和改性玄武岩纤维混合均匀,得到混合粉料;将膨胀剂、减水剂、抗冻剂加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入混合粉料,继续搅拌混合均匀,即得。本发明制备得到的混凝土具有优良的抗压强度和抗开裂性能。
