The invention discloses preparation and application of a high polymer composite grouting material for a water-inrush and mud-inrush tunnel. The high polymer composite grouting material for the water inrush and mud inrush tunnel is prepared by mixing and curing a component A and a component B in a mass ratio of (20-30): (70-80), the component A is formed by mixing P.O.42.5 ordinary Portland cement, water glass and water; and the component B is prepared by mixing diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, polyether polyol, triethylene diamine, pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, glycerol and trimethylolpropane. The method has the advantages of being low-carbon, environmentally friendly, economical, efficient, high in resource utilization rate, high in water inrush and mud inrush disaster treatment efficiency and the like. According to the method, the treatment time and the construction period of water and mud bursting of the tunnel can be greatly shortened, rapid treatment of water and mud bursting tunnel disasters is carried out by fully utilizing the low-cost cement-water glass double slurry and the special permeation prevention performance of polyurethane macromolecules, and remarkable economic and social benefits are generated.
本发明公开了一种突水突泥隧道高聚物复合注浆材料的制备及其应用。所述突水突泥隧道高聚物复合注浆材料由质量比为20‑30:70‑80的A组分和B组分混合固化而成;所述A组分由P.O.42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、水玻璃、水混合而成;所述B组分由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、三乙烯二胺、五甲基二乙烯三胺、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷混合而成。本发明具有低碳环保、经济高效、资源利用率高、突水突泥灾害处治效率快等特点。本发明可大幅降低隧道突水突泥的处治时间和施工周期,充分利用低成本的水泥‑水玻璃双浆液和聚氨酯高分子的特殊防渗透性进行突水突泥隧道灾害的快速处治,产生显著的经济社会效益。
