Displacement-measurable and height-adjustable bridge support and mounting method thereof
The bridge support comprises an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate, the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are connected through a damping seat, a connecting hole allowing an anchor bolt to penetrate through is formed in the lower supporting plate, the bottom of the anchor bolt is pre-buried in a stand column, the anchor bolt is sleeved with an adjusting nut, and the adjusting nut is connected with the upper supporting plate through the damping seat. The adjusting nut is located below the lower supporting plate. The lower supporting plate and the stand column are connected through a post-poured padstone, and a reinforcing mesh with a supporting function is arranged in the padstone. The anchor bolt is positioned outside the padstone; the upper supporting plate is connected with the beam, a polytetrafluoroethylene plate is arranged between the upper supporting plate and the damping seat, and a rubber block which does not rebound after being compressed and is used for recording the maximum displacement position is arranged on the polytetrafluoroethylene plate. The invention further discloses an installation method of the bridge support with the measurable displacement and the adjustable height. According to the bridge adjusting support adopting the structure and the mounting method thereof, the problems that an existing support is closely attached to a beam, the support is stressed frequently, and the service life is affected can be solved.
