Fabricated railway foundation construction method
The invention relates to an assembly type railway foundation construction method which comprises the following steps that manufacturing of a prefabricated pier column is completed, and a steel strand penetrates through the prefabricated pier column; the prefabricated pier column is arranged at the bearing platform mounting position, and then the steel strand is lowered into a bearing platform hole channel; an adjusting and positioning device is installed on the bearing platform; the adjusting and positioning device is used for adjusting the prefabricated pier column to the designed position and then fixing the prefabricated pier column; hoisting a prefabricated cover beam at the top of the prefabricated pier column; a bearing platform hole channel is poured, after the pouring strength meets the design requirement, the steel strand is connected with the prefabricated cover beam, and tensioning prestress is conducted; and concrete is pressed into the prefabricated pier column, so that connection of the prefabricated pier column and the bearing platform is completed. The operation of binding reinforcing steel bars and installing formworks is not needed, the phenomenon that the pier column structure changes and the forming quality are improved due to wind and sand is avoided, most of the pier column is prefabricated, the construction speed can be effectively increased, in addition, the used device is low in structure manufacturing cost, and organization work of manual equipment such as formwork and transfer at the bridge site is avoided.
本申请涉及一种装配式铁路基础施工方法,其包括以下步骤:完成预制墩柱制作,并将钢绞线穿设预制墩柱;将预制墩柱设置在承台安装位置,然后将钢绞线下放至承台孔道内;在承台上安装调节定位装置;利用调节定位装置先将预制墩柱调整至设计位置,然后进行固定;在预制墩柱的顶部吊装预制盖梁;浇筑承台孔道,并在浇筑强度满足设计要求后,将钢绞线与预制盖梁连接,并进行张拉预应力;向预制墩柱内压入混凝土,以完成预制墩柱和承台的连接。不需要进行绑扎钢筋、安装模板的操作,避免风沙引起墩柱结构变化和成型质量,且墩柱大部分预制成,能有效提高施工速度,另外所用装置结构造价低,避免在桥位处进行模板以及倒运等人力设备的组织工作。
