The invention discloses a water-rich stratum tube well dense arrangement dewatering construction method, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out inrush stability checking calculation according to the actual site condition, optimizing the tube well arrangement, carrying out site measurement and setting out, lowering a protective cylinder as a wellhead, drilling by adopting a slurry wall protection casing method, lowering dewatering tubes section by section through lifting equipment with a guiding function, and carrying out water-rich stratum tube well dense arrangement dewatering construction. The method comprises the following steps: putting a puncher near the bottom end of a downcast pipe, injecting flushing fluid, putting gravel into an annular space between the downcast pipe and a pipe well, filling by using clay in a layered manner, sealing to the ground surface by using original soil, arranging a downcast pipe well branch pipe and connecting the downcast pipe well branch pipe with a drainage main pipe surrounding the edge of a foundation pit, putting a submersible pump, repeatedly pumping water until the pumped water is clean, and trying to pump water. The water level in the well is monitored daily, after precipitation is completed, the submersible pump is shut down and recycled, and a well mouth is plugged. The method is small in occupied space, few in equipment, simple to operate, cost-saving, high in precipitation efficiency and easy to manage.
