The invention provides a frozen soil crushing device which comprises a frame, trundles, a barrel body and rollers, wherein the rollers are rotationally mounted on the opposite side walls of the barrel body and partially protrude out of an opening, and a plurality of first crushing cones are arranged on the outer vertical face of each roller at intervals; the connecting rod penetrates through the second mounting space in the axial direction of the roller, and the two ends of the connecting rod are slidably connected to the inner side wall of the barrel body; the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the part, located in the second mounting space, of the connecting rod and vertically extends downwards; and the soil drilling piece is detachably mounted on the side wall of the through hole and is adjustable in position. The problems that in traditional construction, a cone of a frozen soil crushing device is prone to abrasion or breakage and difficult to replace are solved, the multiple soil drilling pieces are installed on the roller at intervals, drill bits of the soil drilling pieces can be adjusted according to the thickness of frozen soil so that the frozen soil can be crushed, and after the soil drilling pieces are abraded, the frozen soil can be crushed conveniently.
