The invention discloses a non-excavation micro tunneling device. Comprising a supporting frame body, an upper-layer driving belt, a lower-layer driving belt, a water spraying frame arranged on the upper-layer driving belt, a blow-off pipe arranged at the bottom of the lower-layer driving belt, and a tunneling rotary tool bit arranged at the front end of the supporting frame body, wherein the upper-layer driving belt and the lower-layer driving belt are arranged at the top and the bottom of the supporting frame body in a folding manner; and the pipeline flaw detector is arranged at the tail end of the support frame body. The upper-layer driving belt and the lower-layer driving belt are installed on the upper layer and the lower layer of the supporting frame body, and through the tensioning effect of the folding arms, the device is suitable for pipe networks of different pipe fittings; the tunneling rotary tool bit adjusted through the deflection telescopic cylinder is installed on the supporting frame body so as to be suitable for cleaning different sludge conditions in the pipeline, the water spraying frame and the sewage discharging pipe are further installed on the supporting frame body so that sludge can be conveniently and rapidly discharged out of the pipe network, and a pipeline flaw detector can conveniently detect the inner wall of the pipe network.
