The method mainly comprises the following steps that reinforced concrete columns are arranged below beams on the two sides of the post-cast strip to replace traditional supporting frames; and before closed pouring construction is conducted on the post-cast strip, the post-cast strip supporting frame is erected again and used for protective dismantling of subsequent reinforced concrete columns. According to the technical scheme, a supporting frame supporting system is replaced with the reinforced concrete columns, the turnover period of the settlement post-cast strip supporting system is greatly shortened, the lease cost is reduced, and the service life of materials of the supporting system is greatly prolonged; through modeling theoretical calculation of a building structure body, the positions of the reinforced concrete columns are accurately arranged, the sizes and materials are accurately selected, and waste of the materials is avoided; and all the reinforced concrete columns after protective dismantling can be recycled, so that the construction slag treatment cost is not further increased, and energy conservation and environmental protection are realized.
